Our company, BANFF Realty & Development Corporation has been a major player in the housing industry, having built more than three thousand residential units for the last seventeen years. In recognition of its contribution to the National Shelter Program, the President herself, Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, awarded BRDC in September 2003 as the Most Outstanding Developer of the year under the Big Developer Category of the Housing Urban and Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC). Thereafter, BRDC has continuously strived for excellence in the field it has chosen to endeavour.
